Import Duties & Taxes
Yes. It is the buyer’s or recipient’s responsibility to be liable for any import duty or tax and it is required by law. This applies to all orders placed outside of Singapore

Pre-order means that this watch is not yet ready and we’re waiting for its first delivery (or we’re temporarily out of stock). The pre-order date is the date we expect it to be ready to ship to customers. Cancellation of pre-order watches is not allowed.

Yes but only if your item has not been handed over to our logistics partner or has not been marked as completed.
Payment
We use Stripe as our Credit Card processing gateway and Stripe uses a secure system that minimizes the risk of fraud.
To prevent payment from failing please contact your credit card issuing bank or company to allow payments to be made online.
Security
No, we do not store any credit card details in our database as our payment gateway handles all transactions.
Very secure! We use a 256-bit encryption for the entire website. Payment is handled by world renowned payment gateways such as Stripe and Paypal.
