Please note that during periods of exceptional demand e.g Sales and Promotions, particularly when these coincide with Singapore’s public holidays, there may be some delay to the timings quoted. We endeavour to minimise these delays and keep customers informed where there are exceptional delays.
Once you have placed your order and received a confirmation email, we aim to ship within two working days, though during periods of exceptional demand and around the time of Singapore’s public holidays this processing time can sometimes take slightly longer.
When we despatch your order you will receive a shipping notification email with a courier tracking code.
Delays by customs are not a reflection of Spectre Time and its terms of service as it has no control over it. If you are experiencing delays in receiving your order and if it has arrived in your country, please contact your local post office.
If it has been several working days since your order confirmation, or you didn’t receive one for an order you placed – please get in touch with our Customer Services Team via the “Contact Us” page.
When we despatch your order you will receive a shipping notification email with a courier tracking code which allows you to follow your delivery.
Please note, some countries, the extent of tracking is far reduced. This is down to the local networks in specific countries e.g. Russia and Canada.

Returns
If your watch is within the 30 days of despatch (see our 30-day Guarantee) unworn, in perfect condition with all its original packaging and paperwork, you can return it to us free of charge via any locally operated courier for a replacement or a full refund.

We will acknowledge receipt of your watch by email. All returned watches are thoroughly inspected by our technicians to ensure they meet the terms of the 30-day Guarantee, (unworn, in perfect condition and with all its original packaging and paperwork) for a part or full refund. If further information is required, our Customer Services Team will contact you.
Your return will be processed and funds refunded to your original payment method within approx. 7 working days from when we acknowledge receipt of your return. Please note that items packed inappropriately that are damaged such as packaging will be liable to a fee that will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If you have waited longer than 7 working days or have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service Team.
