If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 30 days. Please use the form on the Contact Us page to get in touch with our Customer Service Team.
- Returns are accepted unworn, in the original box with all original packing material, manuals, and warranty cards.
- All returns must be in new condition. We cannot issue refunds for watches that show signs of use.
- The return will be immediately rejected if any signs of damage is shown and it will be the sender’s responsibility to claim for damages from the shipping service.
- We cannot accept modified watches for credit. If links are added or removed from the bracelet we cannot accept the watch for return.
Note: Import duty or tax will not be claimable.
The conditions for a valid return from the customer are :
- Damaged – the product packaging and product itself is damaged during delivery. We will not accept a return if only the packaging is damaged as this can occur during shipping. We will send you new packaging instead.
- Defective – the product does not function as promised and stated.
- Wrong item – wrong product is being delivered to the customer.
- Missing parts – the product is not complete or what is delivered does not match the “what’s in the box” description.
Invalid conditions are:
- Does not fit as expected.
- Change of mind.
