Spectre Time watches are build to last a lifetime with proper care and maintenance.

What are your Warranty Terms and what does it cover?

All Spectre Time watches comes with a 24-month warranty on the internal movements of the watch but exclude parts that are subjected to (external) wear. The latter includes but is not limited to, straps, scratches on case or bracelet, lugs, cracked crystal, water damage due to negligence (Crown not screwed down), 3rd party servicing or any form of tampering.

Warranty does not cover improperly worn or sized straps or bracelets eg. being too tight or loose fitting.

When will the pre-order warranty begin?

Warranty will start from the day the pre-order watch is shipped.

What if i receive a defective watch?

If your watch arrived in unsatisfactory condition and/or the movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, we will repair/replace your watch and deliver it to you.

We would also require you to return your watch. Please contact us here and we will walk you through the process.

How long will repairs take?

The process of repairs and return of your watch takes about an estimated 8-12 weeks. The repairs may be delayed should there be any other circumstances which might interfere and/or delay the repairs and the shipment.

Are there any repair fees?

A return shipping and handling fee of $35 SGD will apply to all warranty services and will be borne by the customer.

Should the defect be deemed to be (external) wear, the customer will be subjected to the cost of the part (I.E Replacement Bezel, Crystal, Case) on top of the $35 SGD service fee.

I purchased the watch through a third party, can I get warranty for the product?

Warranty does not cover straps and any watches not purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers.
